Brian Williams has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years and he has specialized in Value Stream Management and Process Improvement. After witnessing the software industry being transformed by Agile Development, Scrum, and Lean IT, he decided that these innovations were no longer limited to software companies. He believed that the improvements seen in these companies could, and should, be transferred to the non-profit sector. He has made it his mission to help non-profit organizations and ministries, by providing free Process Improvement consultations that they may not be able to afford otherwise.
